Weaving of the Womb
Cara, PA
Being held by Michelle & Sammi in my weaving of the womb ceremony was literally glorious. They treated me like a Queen, tending to every detail of my body & soul. I felt super comfortable physically and emotionally as they listened to me with a rooted presence. Being wrapped up and having an embodied sense of closure was very grounding for me. This is an experience every mother needs after birth. I felt so seen and loved after being nourished so completely.
What is Weaving of the Womb?Â
Weaving of the Womb is a sacred ceremony created to support you on a physical, emotional, and energetic level. Through gentle touch, reflection, and ancient healing practices, this experience helps you release unresolved wounds surrounding birth, postpartum, and motherhood. In this healing space, you reconnect with your body, and integrate the wisdom that lies within while being deeply held by mamas who just get it as you step forward with clarity, strength, and intention.
What happens when
postpartum care ends too soon?
Motherhood is a profound initiation, and postpartum definitely does not end after six weeks—it is a lifelong journey. Each phase of motherhood gives you an opportunity to connect with the wisdom of your womb.
Whether your child was born a few months ago or decades ago, the imprints of your experience remains within your bones.
In today’s world, postpartum care ends too quickly, or perhaps never even started! This leaves mothers to navigate their healing alone. We spend so much time preparing for the baby—buying strollers, cribs, and toys—but forget that mothers need deep care and support during the most vulnerable transition of their life.
Perhaps you felt pressured to host visitors when all you needed was rest. Or you struggled to express your needs—fearing judgement, or not ever considering what you needed because you were never asked. Over time, these unspoken truths and unmet needs don’t just disappear—they settle into your body and can show up as tension, stress, postpartum depression, perinatal mood disorders, or feelings of excess rage, shame, guilt, or grief. These experiences are common but not normal. They are not “bad” or something to fix; they are natural responses to a profound transformation. But when ignored or buried, they can create a sense of heaviness or unease that feels hard to shake.
Pregnancy and birth transform your body and spirit in unimaginable ways. These changes deserve to be witnessed, processed, and honored. The pelvis opens during birth to allow for the passage of the baby. “Physical Therapist and Founder of the Institute for Birth Healing, Lynn Schulte, says that in her practice serving thousands of women, the pelvic bones of many women are stuck open in a birthing position, even when they birthed their last child 20+ years ago.”
The Weaving of the Womb ceremony offers a path to integrate the wisdom of your experience without erasing the past, instead honoring it. Using somatic practices designed for the female nervous system, we help you reconnect with your body and create safety within. You’ll be guided to feel and release stored emotions, honor your full experience, and open space for integration.

What if I gave birth 10 years ago? Would this ceremony still be for me?
Where does this take place?
That nourishment that you provide for your children? You deserve to receive it yourself. This support comes from the hands of women, other mothers who get what you have been through and know how to witness all of you, hold you, and feed your soul in a way that lasts a lifetime.

This experience was more than I could have asked for. Sam and Michelle created a safe space for birth processing and emotional freedom. The sacred womb binding was magical and gave me closure from my birth that took place 2 years ago. I was then presented with a nourishing broth latte that was so delicious. From beginning to end and all of the details in between, I truly believe this experience is a must for every woman who has delivered a baby! I am so grateful for these ladies and couldn’t have asked for two more qualified women to be at the forefront of this offering in our community. Thank you again!”
